The load isn't what determines the fan speed on the 1000 p2, it's the temperature. Once the unit hits 45C, the fan turns on at a really low RPM. It took me 30 minutes of benching 2 780's at 1.35volts and a 3930k at 5.1 ghz 1.6volts to turn the fan on the 1000 p2 while it was in the passive mode.

Make a picture of your fan cables (4-pin molex to 3-pin fan), cause it looks like those are the ones that cause problem. That was a few weeks ago. Now the rear fan is spinning but the other two are not. Same issue as with the rear fan ; Under load only that fan spins and setting to 100% fan speed in MSI Afteburner does nothing. I have updated everything that Armory Crate had just to be sure it a fix wasn't released there. Please advise if there is. One solution is disabling the zero RPM fan mode where the fan spins constantly but it's the most audible fan in my system and I can easily hear it, I do not think this is ideal for a 300 dollar PSU.
